We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange or return any purchases within 30 days of receipt.

EXCHANGE & RETURN CONDITIONS

• We can only exchange or refund non-faulty items that are in their original condition, and have not been worn, altered or used beyond the inspection of goods, such as would have occurred if the goods had been inspected in a shop.

• Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times

• Exchange and return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery, as registered letter or parcel.

• We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
